šŸ How Sweet It Is

Titans Game, James Taylor Concert, & More

Your guide to staying connected in Franklin, TN

Good afternoon Franklin.

We’re not the only ones who love fall in Tennessee.

Travel + Leisure asked some travel experts what their favorite fall location was in the United States. They all picked the same place: Tennessee

ā€œThere’s something different here in Tennessee during the fall season, when the humidity finally lifts and the crisp air sets in… It’s the mix of warm sunlight with changing autumn colors that drives people to visit Nashville and the Smoky Mountains each fall. Throw in the beautiful scenery and cityscapes, along with great food, shopping, a dash of college football and bonfires, and all roads lead to Tennessee—now that sounds like a country song in the making."

Oak Hall is Now Open
Oak Hall, one of the nation’s oldest and most respected luxury fashion retailers, has officially opened its doors at McEwen Northside in Cool Springs. The 10,000-square-foot store anchors the ground floor of the district’s new $125 million addition and offers a refined shopping experience for both men and women. Shoppers will find an impressive lineup of designers such as Canali, Zegna, Peter Millar, Ann Mashburn, Vince, and many more, reflecting Oak Hall’s signature blend of timeless style and modern sophistication.

This marks the family-owned retailer’s third Tennessee location, joining its flagship in Memphis and its Nashville store, which debuted in 2016. Oak Hall President Will Levy says the new space allows them to showcase their hallmark mix of style and service in a setting that mirrors the high-end experience they want for their customers.

The opening underscores McEwen Northside’s momentum as a hub for elevated retail and dining, already home to brands like Warby Parker, Vuori, and Gorjana. Next door, Culinary Dropout opens today and Hawkers Asian Street Food is set to open in early 2026, further cementing the district as a destination to shop, dine, and gather. To celebrate the launch, Oak Hall will host special events and pop-ups throughout September.

Studio Tenn ā€˜25 - ā€˜26 Season
Studio Tenn is kicking off its 2025–26 season with a spine-tingling production of Dracula, running October 9 through 26 at Turner Theater inside The Factory at Franklin. Adapted from Bram Stoker’s classic novel, the show follows Count Dracula’s chilling arrival in England and the havoc he unleashes, blending horror, suspense, and dark allure just in time for Halloween.

The cast features Franklin native Jay Sullivan in his Studio Tenn debut as the infamous Count, alongside returning favorites Morgan-Ellene Davis and Savannah Stein, plus Tennessee talent Jonah M. Jackson. In true Studio Tenn fashion, the production is pulling out all the stops, including custom-fitted vampire fangs crafted by a local dentist for an authentically eerie experience.

Recommended for ages 15 and up, tickets start at $55 and are available at studiotenn.org or at the Turner Theater box office. Dracula sets the stage for a season themed around good and evil, culminating with Jesus Christ Superstar in spring 2026.
